VICE PRESIDENT FOR ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT
Lourdes University seeks an entrepreneurial, experienced, and forward-thinking enrollment professional to partner with the President and his senior leadership team to develop and implement plans, processes, and procedures that ensure that the University’s strategic enrollment objectives are achieved. The Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM) will join a highly engaged senior leadership team that is committed to the mission of the University, and the legacy of the Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania, to see that Lourdes University continues to offer an impactful educational experience to students and a supportive work environment to faculty and staff.

The primary responsibility of the VPEM is to plan, direct, and monitor the University's enrollment, recruitment, and financial aid operations for Lourdes in the promotion and fulfillment of its mission and vision. This will include providing leadership and oversight to the functions and activities related to student recruitment and admissions, communications and marketing, and financial aid. The VPEM ensures that Lourdes University is aligned with industry best-practices and all regulatory requirements. This position requires someone who can think strategically and bring to bear opportunities for the University to expand its enrollment portfolio. Utilizing institutional and publicly available data, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan in collaboration with the President, Senior Leadership, and other campus decision-makers. The VPEM reports directly to the President and is a member of the President’s Cabinet.
