Monroe Community College seeks an experienced senior level administrator to serve as Vice President for Administrative Services and Chief Financial Officer (VPAS/CFO). Monroe Community College (MCC) is entering its sixth decade as a premier two-year college within the State University of New York (SUNY) system. The Vice President for Administrative Services serves as the College’s Chief Financial Officer (VPAS/CFO) internally and externally, reporting directly to the President. The major functional departments under the overall direction of the Vice President include Finance/Budget, Risk Management, Accounting & Cash Management, Technology Services, Facilities, and Public Safety. The VPAS/CFO is responsible for maintaining the College's fiscal health and efficient administrative functioning, and champions the College’s overall mission, strategic plan, and goals. The new CFO/VPAS will be a strong communicator who is committed to advancing the success of MCC’s diverse student population and the Rochester community and will have the skills, knowledge and ability to lead the financial and administrative areas of the College into the future. The VPAS/CFO partners with the President along with the Cabinet to facilitate progress toward institutional goals.
