The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN (USF) seeks nominations and applications for a highly-skilled, experienced, visionary, and strategic-minded enrollment professional as its new Vice President for Enrollment Management.
The University of Saint Francis, enrolling over 2,300 students, is a private, co-educational, mission-focused Catholic institution with undergraduate (Bachelor & Associate), graduate, and doctoral-level programs. Located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the state’s second largest city, USF is in close proximity to Ohio and Michigan in northeast Indiana. The Vice President for Enrollment Management serves as the chief enrollment officer of the University and provides leadership for Admissions, Financial Aid, and Marketing. Reporting directly to the President and serving on the President’s Cabinet, the Vice President for Enrollment Management is an active participant in University planning and policy discussions and provides particular leadership in the design and implementation of university-wide marketing, recruitment, and enrollment practices that advance the mission and goals of the University.
The new Vice President will bring a track record of implementing best practices, fresh thinking, and an eye for innovation and creativity. The successful candidate will have an appreciation for Catholic higher education, the Franciscan tradition, and the human side of new student enrollment focused on relationship-building.
