Overview

The Mount St. Mary’s University community seeks a Dean of the Richard J. Bolte School of Business to provide innovative programmatic development, student-centered, collaborative and visionary leadership, and external relationship building.

 

Mount St. Mary’s University (MSMU) is a comprehensive, coeducational, Catholic institution dedicated to liberal learning in the pursuit of truth. The second oldest Catholic university in the country, MSMU describes itself as “Catholic in a contemporary way” and welcomes students of all faiths and backgrounds. Located in Emmitsburg, Maryland, MSMU serves more than 2,000 diverse undergraduate and graduate students at its two locations (Emmitsburg and Frederick, MD), promoting a holistic approach to the student experience and learning. MSMU, particularly its 120 dedicated full-time faculty, fosters an intimate and student-centered community. MSMU prides itself on a student to teacher ratio of 13:1 and that 52% of classes have fewer than 20 students.
